Teresa L. Roop

Teresa L. Roop, age 65, of Hayward, WI passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Hayward Health Services.

Teresa Lynn was born April 10, 1959, in Frankfurt, IN the daughter of Joseph and Karen (Wells) Kelley.  She was raised in Frankfurt and did her schooling there.  In May of 1993, Teresa was joined in marriage to James Roop.  Teresa and James remained in Indiana, and she worked for an architectural company.  Teresa moved onto adult in home health care in Indiana where she helped individuals within home care.  James passed in 2012, and Teresa moved to Hayward, WI in 2019 to be closer to family.   Teresa was an adventurous spirit who loved to go on drives in nature and take photos or just sit and read.  She had a strong love for her Lord and Savior and enjoyed studying scripture.  Her nieces and nephews were very special to her. 

Teresa is survived by her two brothers, Christopher (Jadee Stinson) Kelley of Hayward, Michael (Kim) Kelley of Augusta, GA; three nieces, Abbygael, Mariah and Jenny; one nephew, Jonathon; and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; and two sons, Matthew and Raymond.

A private family gathering will be held at a later time for Teresa.
