Scott Allen Bell

Scott Allen Bell, 48, Spooner, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Spooner Hospital.

Scott was born on August 31, 1977 in Madison, WI to Joseph Lee and Beverly Edna (Streeter) Bell.  He graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 1995.  He married Heather Lawrence on October 9, 1998 in Janesville, WI. Scott was employed as a welder for Stoughton Trailers in Janesville.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Heather of Spooner; son Scott Allen Bell II; father Joseph Bell; bothers Joseph Bell Jr, and Richard Bell. Survived by his other siblings brothers

Richard Miller, Owen Budd; sisters Regina Stuhr and Anna Miller; several nieces and nephews; special nephew that always helped him out, Derek Daniels.  He was preceded in death by his mother Beverly; Aunt Donna; Grandma and Grandpa Streeter, sister-in-law Rhonda Bell; stepmother Bobbie Bell.

A Celebration of Scott’s life will be held in the future.
