Rose Ann Elaine Deignan, age 63, of Barnes, WI, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Aspen Health in South Range, WI. She was born on April 25, 1960 in Eau Claire, WI, the daughter of Francis and Evelyn (Steinke) Deignan.

Rose worked for many years as a cook for Sage’s Bar and Grill (later Doorn’s Inn) in Barnes, WI. She was a true friend to everyone she met. Rose loved gardening and sewing. She was also very artistic, making dream catchers, painting and doing various arts and crafts.

She is survived by her significant other, David William Culver of Barnes, WI; her son, Cabe (Nicole) Culver of Chippewa Falls, WI; and her brother, Daniel (Robin) Deignan.

In addition to her parents, Rose is preceded in death by her sister, Marie Deignan and her brother, Francis R. “Skip” Deignan.
