Obituary

Raymond John Wilcox, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 22, 2022, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  He was born on November 12, 1959, in Shell Lake, WI, the son of Bruce and Elinor (Hedin) Wilcox. 

Raymond went to work at Bar- H Ranch in Stone Lake after graduating High School in Hayward. He then moved on to work at L.P. in Hayward where he retired from after several years. He then went to work at Zawistowski's Cranberry Marsh in Stone Lake until 2020. Ray will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His beautiful smile, "unique" laugh and huge heart will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his son, Colby Wilcox of Eau Claire, WI; his siblings, Shari (Dana) Perkins of Saco, ME, Marcia Wilcox of Eau Claire, WI, David (Deb) Wilcox of Spooner, WI, Dean Wilcox of Cable, WI, and Linda (Ken) Myer of Stone Lake, WI; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Tom Wilcox.

Celebration of Life to be held on September 10th from 2 to 6 at the Stone Lake Lion's Park.
