Paul M. Leonard, age 73, of Springbrook, Wisconsin, and formerly of La Crosse, Wisconsin, passed away on May 23, 2026, at his home in Springbrook, Wisconsin.
Paul was born on June 8, 1952, to E.G. and Janice Leonard. Throughout his life, he worked as both an electrical engineer and an over-the-road truck driver. Although Paul did not serve in the military, he held a deep respect for those who did and took every opportunity to support veterans in honor of his father’s service in the United States Navy.
Paul enjoyed the outdoors and especially loved camping and fishing. He also had a special place in his heart for his loyal English Springer Spaniels: Sam, Bill, and Jed.
Paul is survived by his daughters, Michelle, Philana, and Rachel; his son, Benji; three (3) stepchildren Jessica, Matt, and Jeremy: ten (10) grandchildren; seven (7) great-grandchildren, with one (1) on the way; and his sisters, Karen Lee and Kathy Gautsch.
He was preceded in death by his parents, E.G. and Janice Leonard; his infant sister, Cynthia; and his infant brother, Ronald.
A visitation and memorial service will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at Bratley-Nelson Funeral Home, 15571 W County Hwy B, Hayward, Wisconsin. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., with the memorial service starting at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Gary will officiate.
