Michael Edward Williams

Michael Edward Williams, age 37, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at St. Mary’s Essentia Health in Duluth, MN.

Michael was born on May 14, 1989, in Superior, WI to parents Robert Williams and Mary Stuart. Michael attended Northwestern School and graduated from Summerset High School in 2008. After high school Michael lived in Hawthorn, WI before moving to McKenzie Manor in Superior, WI in 2019.

Michael loved going out to country music concerts, going out to eat, camping, hiking and fishing. When Michael was staying in, he enjoyed playing video games, and watching wrestling and the Green Bay Packers. He was an animal lover and would visit and walk the dogs at the humane society.

Michael is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mary Stuart and Tommy Lancaster; father, Robert Williams; maternal grandparents, Samual and Ruth Stuart; siblings, Tommy Stuart, Samantha Lancaster, and Kenny Lancaster; stepbrother, Michael Chevier; stepsister, Katie Moody; and niece and nephew, Dallas and Lilly Chevier; and many aunts, uncles and cousins

He is preceded in death by his brother, Jessie Lancaster and his paternal grandparents and step grandparents.

A funeral service will be held for Michael at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 at the Solon Springs Funeral Home.  A visitation will be held from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home on that Saturday.
