Linda Jean Nordstrom, 77 years old, of Webster, WI passed away on July 11th, 2026, at Dove Healthcare in Spooner, WI with her husband of nearly 54 years by her side.
Linda was born on January 21st, 1949, to Robert & Phylis Jackson in Eau Claire, WI. She grew up on the Jackson family farm, attending Seymour Central elementary school and graduating from Fall Creek High School in 1967. She then married Edward Nordstrom on October 28th, 1972, and together they raised three children in the house they built together in 1976. While working hard to ensure everyone she loved was taken care of, Linda was also a dedicated employee at Voyager Village from 1985 until she retired in 2021. She enjoyed reading books, cruising around with Ed in the GTO, and traveling with family and friends, especially to the north shore of Lake Superior, among their other travels all over the country. Her greatest joy was watching their grandchildren and great grandchild grow up, playing at Bonner Lake, and running around in the very house they built all those years ago. Linda will be forever remembered for the love and care she gave to those around her, and for her appreciation for all the small things.
She will be forever missed, and always in our hearts.
Linda is survived by her husband Edward Nordstrom, children: Truanne Nordstrom, Travis Nordstrom, Joey (Amber) Nordstrom, grandchildren Kalynn Nordstrom (Robby Emmans), Colton Gehrke, Lily Nicol-Davenport, Triston Nordstrom, and great grandchild Owen Emmans, as well as her siblings: Jim (Bonnie) Jackson, Gail (Thomas) Roach, John (Patty) Jackson, Roger (Deb) Jackson, Janet (Michael) Urbas, Gerald (Renee) Jackson, sister in-law Judy Gruhlke and brother in-law Rick Paape among many others in our large family tree.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert & Phylis Jackson, siblings Brenda Schlewitz and William Jackson, in-Laws Arthur & Ruth Nordstrom, and sister in-laws Barb Paape & Janet Nordstrom.
