Juanita "Darla" Foss

Juanita Darla Foss (née Biebighauser), known as Darla, passed away on August 23, 2024, in Spooner, Wisconsin, at the age of 86.  Born on May 20, 1938, in Woodbury, Minnesota, she was a cherished member of her community and a beloved figure within her family.

Darla is survived by a loving family, including her brother David Biebighauser; her sons, Jonathan, David, and James Deal; her daughter, Jennifer Janski; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Corwin and Mabel Biebighauser; her husband, Robert Foss Sr.; her sister, Bonita Williams; her brother, Charles Biebighauser; her children, Carla Marie Deal, Mark Deal, and William Deal; and her great-granddaughter, Keira Truehart.

A visitation and funeral service will be held in her honor at The Grove United Methodist Church (Woodbury Methodist) 7465 Steepleview Rd, Woodbury, MN 55125 on October 8th.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.  The Funeral service will start at 11:00 AM, with burial to follow at the Woodbury Methodist Cemetery.  Those wishing to honor Darla's memory may make contributions to Heartwood Church (Oakdale Wesleyan) at 6477 10th St N, Oakdale, MN 55128.
