Jarrett H Barsness

Jarrett Herbert Barsness, age 24, died on Sunday, April 24th, 2022, peacefully surrounded by loved ones at home.

Jarrett was born in Burnsville, MN on July 5th, 1997, and moved to Hayward the fall of 2002. Jarrett graduated Highschool at Hayward High in 2016. He then went on to complete a semester at Barron County Community College before beginning his battle against cancer. Jarrett was also a very reputable ordained minister. Jarrett never did lose his positive outlook and quick-witted humor. Even in his last days he had the whole room laughing.

Jarrett is survived by his Grandfather's Herbert and Lynn, Grandma Pam, his parents Jeff and Denise, and brothers Justin and Jacob, as well as his seven cousins and unborn nephew. He was preceded in death by his Grandpa Mike and Grandma Dolores.

Jarrett’s Funeral service is being held on Friday, May 6th, 2022, at Bratley-Nelson Funeral Home in Hayward, WI. Visitation starts at 1PM service beginning at 3PM. Pastor Gary Hilgendorf will be officiating the service.
