Gloria Violet (Christ) Reinke

Gloria Violet Reinke, age 92, of Hayward, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at Hayward Health Services in Hayward, WI.  She was born on September 10, 1930, in Hayward, the daughter of Samuel Charles and Agnes Clara (Myer) Christ.  She was united in marriage to John Allan Reinke on November 17, 1948, in Stone Lake, WI. 

She enjoyed traveling and camping with her family and absolutely loved to dance.

She is survived by her beloved husband, John Allan Reinke of Hayward; her children, Kathy Wuethrich of Stone Lake and Jeff (Renee) Reinke of Hayward; her grandchildren, Jason (Donielle) Reinke of Charleston, SC, and Travis (Angie) Reinke of Hayward; her great-grandchildren, Makaela, Macie, and Scott; her sister, Betty Larsen of Barron, WI; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In addition to her parents, Gloria is preceded in death by her son, Gerald “Petie” Reinke; her brother, Robert Christ; her son-in-law, Gary Wuethrich; her brother-in-law, Les Larsen; and her sister-in-law, Peg Christ.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at the Spider Lake Church, Main Street Campus, 10601 Main Street in Hayward, where visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of the service.  Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Hayward.
