Ginger Whitman 08/30/1951-01/17/2025.
After a long and brave battle with cancer, Ginger was called to her heavenly home on January 17, 2025.
Ginger was born to Donald and Helen Puls, and she grew up in Minnesota. She spent many years in Minnesota, Florida, and made her permanent residence in Northwestern Wisconsin where she deeply enjoyed all the Northwoods had to offer.
She was an avid gardener and loved the outdoors. Cooking was her chosen career, and that passion became her favorite hobby. She loved reading “a good novel”. She was fond of all animals and loved her 3 cats: Lucky, Tiny and Sammy.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, brother; Ron and daughter; Ruty.
She is survived by her brother Ken (Elaine) Puls, sister Laurie Rutland, children: Justin Blatterman, John (Natalie) Mastrey, Naomi Fogelberg, Aurie Harrison, Lisa Enriquez, and Karl (Julie) Blatterman, grandchildren: Kodey, Sarah, Elizabeth, Kimmy, Katie, Karl Jr, Alex, Dominic, and Ethan, many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Funeral services will be held at the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Spooner, Wisconsin, on Saturday, February 8th, 2025, with visitation starting at 10am, followed by a funeral service and lunch to follow.
Jesus answered, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise”.
