Obituary
Frances M. Phillips, 91, of Hayward WI, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023, at her home surrounded by family.
Frances was born July 1, 1932, in Earl WI. The daughter of Fred and Florence (Bagge) Daniels. She was one of seven children. Frances moved to Hayward with her husband James in 1970, where they proceeded to raise ten children. James and Frances were married for 67 years before James passed away in 2018. Frances was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great-grandmother. Most of her time was spent creating memories with her ten children, twenty-eight grandchildren and forty-six great grandchildren and several great great-grandchildren. When she wasn’t busy with family, she enjoyed watching wildlife, shopping, baking (especially cakes) and watching the Packers. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed.
