Eugene Ronald Krause

Eugene "Gene" Krause, 87, passed away on December 20, 2024 at Tamarack Health Hayward Medical Center. Gene was born on September 21, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Gene was a veteran of the Unites States Army.

Gene worked as an electrician. He was a member of the IBEW Local 134 in Chicago and the IBEW Local 14 here in Wisconsin.  He served as the town chairman of Spider Lake. He was a volunteer of the Spider Lake Fire Department and was the fire chief.

Gene’s survivors include his wife of 57 years, Mary Jane, and his son Bob (Lee Ann) Krause of Hayward, WI.

A private family service will take place at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI.
