Donald Lewis Bunce

Donald Lewis Bunce, age 69, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2022 at his residence in Hayward, Wisconsin.  He was born on June 3, 1952 in Kentucky, the son of Leroy and Geraldine (Luebke) Bunce.  In 1996, he was united in marriage to Carolyn Ann Wittling in Hayward, WI.

Don was born and raised in Kentucky.  He graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout and remained in Northern Wisconsin to raise his family.  Don worked as a chef for Telemark Resort and later Lakewood’s Resort both in Cable, WI.  He loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing and watching all the wildlife around him.  Don was a loving husband and father.

He is survived by his children, Brittany Bunce of Hayward and Kendalle (Krista) Bunce of Hayward; and many dear friends.

In addition to his parents, Don is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carolyn; and his siblings, Paul, Mike and Linda.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
