Devin Alvin Nordin, age 64, of Spooner, Wisconsin, passed away on October 25, 2025. He was born on January 6, 1961, in Shell Lake, Wisconsin, to the late Glen and Avis Nordin.
Devin is survived by his children, Jeremy and Jaclyn, and his brother, Darwin.
He will be remembered for his adventurous spirit and deep love of the outdoors. Nature was Devin’s playground—whether tracking game in the forest, casting a line at sunrise, or diving for lobsters in the ocean, he found joy in every corner of the natural world.
An avid fisherman, Devin spent countless hours exploring lakes, rivers, and coastal waters. He also enjoyed his friends, loved listening to music, and cheering on his favorite football and hockey teams.
Devin cherished warm weather and sunny days, always seeking the simple pleasures of nature and the peace it brought him. In his later years, he enjoyed traveling between Florida, Wisconsin, and Alaska—chasing sunshine, solitude, and the thrill of the wild.
A memorial gathering will be held on November 7th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Bratley-Nelson Funeral Home in Spooner, WI to honor and celebrate his life.
