Barbara Grabarek Obituary
Barbara Joyce Grabarek, 82, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2022. Barbara was born April 17, 1940 in Berwyn, IL to the late Marie and Joseph Slomka.
After retiring as a registered nurse, in Arlington Heights, Barbara and Stanley spent their free time together fishing and enjoying life in Spooner, WI.
Barbara is survived by her children; Janet (Allen) Gozzola, David (Lynda) Grabarek, Thomas (Troy) Grabarek, and Vicki (Thomas) Ortlieb; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and siblings, Robert Slomka and Janet Slomka-Grashoff.
Barbara is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Stanley Grabarek who passed away in 2008.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at St. Francis de Sales Church in Spooner, WI with interment at 11:00 am on Monday, November 14, 2022, at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI.
