Annette Ford

Annette Ford (Todd) was born on October 27, 1954, at Shell Lake Hospital. She was raised in Spooner, Wisconsin and called it home. Annette passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on August 22nd, 2024, at age 69. She is met in heaven by her parents Edna Weber and Melvin Todd, her brothers Mark, Larry, and Mike, and her grandson Logan. 

Annette was very strong in her faith and love for Jesus Christ. She served Him by serving others. Annette was a home health aide for over 20 years. When she wasn’t at work, she was helping those in need in her community. Her light shown to all those who had the pleasure of meeting her. 

Annette had a spunky personality and a laugh that could brighten any situation. Even in her sickness she was free-spirited and had a positive attitude. Not a day went by that she wasn’t joking with her family and the staff that cared for her. 

Annette was blessed with two children (Gerald Thompson Jr. and Julie Woody), eleven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She cherished spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren. Her legacy will live on through them, and the lives of those she touched. 

There will be a small celebration of life for the immediate family, as that was Annette’s wish. She will be laid to rest at the Madge Cemetery. Those that knew and loved her can bring flowers and say their goodbyes if they wish to do so.
