Mary Korth Obituary

Mary L. Korth, age 93, passed away Monday, November 25, 2019 at Hayward Health Systems, Hayward, WI.

Mary was born April 15, 1926 in Terre Haute, IN. She was a teacher for 25 years in Illinois. She lived in the Chicago area for 50 years. Upon retiring, Mary moved to the Hayward area, where she spent many happy years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Priscilla (Planchard) Serkosky; her late husband, Emory; a younger sister, Agnes; and an older brother, Stanley.

She leaves a son, Larry (Joan) of South Carolina; a granddaughter, Joanne, of St. Petersburg, FL; her younger brother, Bill (Mary) of South Windsor, CT; her most wonderful life partner, James Hagen; and twelve nieces and nephews.

A private interment service will be held for Mary at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Glenwood, IL.
