Carolyn H. Mullen-Gorka, age 77, of Hayaward, WI passed away on Monday, April 8, 2019 at her home.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 22 years, Donald; four children, Brett (Michelle) Mullen of Stover, MO, Jared (Joyce) Mullen of Mexico, MO, Trace (Brigette) Mullen of Hayward, WI, Nicole Mullen of Texas; ten grandchildren; one brother, Greg Ales of St. Paul, MN; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Connie.

A celebration of life gathering will be held for Carolyn at a later date.
